Katie Breen

Katie Breen serves as General Counsel at Resource Energy since December 2018, with a focus on energy management services for commercial real estate owners. Breen's prior roles include Associate General Counsel at Resource Energy and Senior Staff Attorney at McCarter & English, LLP. Additionally, Breen has held various associate attorney positions in private practice and governmental sectors. Notable early experiences include serving as a Judicial Intern at Erie County Family Court and interning for organizations that assist victims of domestic violence and advocate for tenants in housing disputes. Breen earned a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Family Law and Criminal Law from SUNY Buffalo Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University at Buffalo.
