David Mahnken

David Mahnken is an experienced scientist with a career spanning over three decades in environmental science and regulatory sectors. Currently serving as Scientist V at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC since June 2006, David has held various prominent positions, including Senior Scientist at E Sciences, Incorporated, and Regulatory Scientist at the South Florida Water Management District. David's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Soil and Water Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Botany/Plant Biology from the University of Central Florida.
