Ry Thompson

Ry Thompson is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in project management and ecological consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Resource Environmental Solutions LLC, Ry leads wetland, stream, and species mitigation banking initiatives in the Midwest. Previous roles include managing a diverse portfolio of soil health projects and conducting avian monitoring activities, along with involvement in stream and wetland investigations. Experience extends to managing renewable energy projects, ecosystem restoration, and community-based watershed education. Ry holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has a BS/BA in Urban Ecology, Ecological Agriculture, and Community Development from The Evergreen State College.
