Gwen Frost

Gwen Frost is an accomplished professional in environmental sustainability and waste management, currently serving as Director and Head of Behaviour Change and Impact at Resource Futures since April 2022. As a member of the Bristol Environmental Sustainability Board since June 2019, Gwen contributes to the goals outlined in Bristol's One City Plan. Previous roles include Head of Innovation & Sustainability and Development & Sustainability Manager at Bristol Waste Company, as well as positions at Eunomia Research & Consulting Ltd, LRS Consultancy, and independent consulting. Gwen's extensive experience spans local authorities and private waste companies, focusing on sustainable resource management and waste strategies. Gwen holds an MSc in Environmental Diagnostics from Cranfield University and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Pollution Science from the University of South Wales, complemented by full membership in the Chartered Institute of Waste Management.
