Steve Hill

Steve Hill has over 13 years of experience in the software engineering field. In 2007, they began their career as a Senior Web Developer at The Ad Agency, where they were the sole developer in a small team. In 2008, they moved to Mobile Fun, where they worked on website development and server administration for a multi-million pound retail business. In 2009, they joined Impact Applications Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on a repairs and maintenance management solution. In 2012, they became Head of Platform Development at Made Media, where they were responsible for developing their online ticketing system. In 2015, they joined Siftware as a Senior Developer, and in 2017, they joined Guru Systems Ltd. as a Senior Developer. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Divido as a Technical Lead and Senior Engineer, and in 2021, they joined Onvi as an Interim CTO and Lead Backend Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Resource Guru.

Steve Hill's education history includes a BSc in Computer Science from The Open University (2010-2015), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Studies from Teesside University (2003-2006), an HNC in Computer Studies from Darlington College of Technology (2002-2003), a GNVQ in IT from New College Nottingham (1997-1999), and GCSEs from Haughton Comprehensive School (1992-1997).
