Dan Merchant

Dan Merchant has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Dan is currently working as the Director of Sales at Resource Innovations, a role they assumed in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Business Development Manager at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from May 2021 to July 2022. From November 2019 to May 2021, Dan worked as the Director of Customer Success at Agentis. Before that, they held various positions at AIQUEOUS, including Vice President of Operations from October 2016 to September 2019 and Director of Operations from February 2015 to September 2016. Dan's career also includes roles at CLEAResult, where they worked as a Program Manager, Senior Program Consultant, Program Consultant, Program Specialist, and Program Coordinator from 2009 to 2015. Dan began their professional journey with internships at CLEAResult in 2008 and Sewell Lexus - Dallas in 2007. Additionally, Dan also worked as a Winter Intern at Vail Resorts in late 2007.

Dan Merchant received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, where they studied engineering. Additionally, they hold certifications in Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER, obtained in July 2020. Dan also obtained a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers in August 2014.
