Jay McConagha

Jay McConagha serves as the Solution Delivery Lead at Resource Innovations, overseeing residential new construction program contracts and managing energy efficiency programs across the Western US since January 2019. Previously, Jay worked as a Program Design Analyst, focusing on the implementation of innovative energy efficiency programs for electric and gas utilities. Experience includes serving as an Energy Auditor at Utah Community Action, where residential energy audits helped households reduce utility bills and ensured safe living conditions. Jay holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara, with a specialization in Energy & Climate, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Westminster University. Additional roles include a Graduate Intern at the Institute for Energy Efficiency at UCSB and various coaching and tutoring positions in soccer and French.
