Neil Hillier

Neil Hillier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payroll and HR systems. At GXO Logistics, Inc., Neil serves as the Solution Delivery Lead for Payroll since September 2025, having previously held the same title at Wincanton from June 2022 to September 2025. Prior to that, Neil was an HR Systems Specialist at RWE from August 2018 to June 2022 and served as the HR & Payroll Systems Manager at Historic England from June 2009 to August 2018. Neil's career began as a System Administrator at The Midcounties Co-operative, where employment lasted from February 2004 to June 2009.
