Katie Trueblood, SHRM-SCP has over 10 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Katie has worked as the Director of Human Resources for Resource Management Concepts, Inc. since 2016, where they focus on benefit plans, strategic planning, compliance, and performance management. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for Spalding Consulting, Inc. from 2015 to 2016, and as a Human Resources professional for AM Pierce & Associates, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Katie also has experience as a Technical Recruiter for Technology Security Associates, Inc. from 2011 to 2013, and as a Technical Recruiter and Human Resources professional for Wyle, Inc. from 2005 to 2011.

Katie Trueblood, SHRM-SCP, has a background in communication studies and public relations. Katie attended Frostburg State University from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Communication Studies and Public Relations. After that, they enrolled in the University of Maryland Global Campus, specializing in Communication Studies and Journalism. Katie Trueblood obtained their SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in May 2022.
