Ausaf Ahmad

Ausaf Ahmad has over 25 years of experience in human resource management and consultancy. Since July 2008, Ausaf serves as a Partner at Resource Management, a firm dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic human resource solutions. Prior to this role, from January 1995 to February 2008, Ausaf held the position of Director of HR & Admin at Searle Pakistan Ltd., where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, policy formulation, and training initiatives. Ausaf holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Karachi University, completed between 1986 and 1988.
