Heather Shiveley

Heather Shiveley is an experienced educator and customer service representative with a diverse background in teaching and communication. Currently, Heather serves as a Teacher at Bishop Foley Catholic High School, and has held the position of CSR at Resource Management since July 2014. Previous teaching roles include a position at Our Lady of Mt Carmel from September 2006 to June 2011, and a brief tenure as a teacher in August 2012. Heather Shiveley holds a BA in English Education from Eastern Michigan University, completed in 2014, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Written Communication, Literature, Composition, and Speech.
