Thomas Catania has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support, implementation, and maintenance. Thomas started their career as a Network Operations Controller at Business Only Broadband in 2007 and then moved on to work as a Field Engineer at NCR Chicago (Data-wave) from 2008 to 2012. Thomas joined ReSource Point of Sale LLC in 2012 as a QIR Service & Implementation Specialist, where they were responsible for implementing customer accounts and providing sales and support. In 2018, they transitioned to ReSource Point of Sale as a Technical Support Help Desk, and later was promoted to Support Services Team Lead in 2020.
Thomas Catania has a diverse education history. In 1998, they graduated from Curie Metropolitan Highschool, after which they attended CT IT Academy in 2006-2007. From 2008-2018, Thomas obtained certifications in NCR Aloha Hospitality and NCR Counterpoint, specializing in being a certified technician and installer respectively. Additionally, in 2016-2018, they completed the PCI-SSC Qualified Integrator and Reseller Certification.
