Fatima Dean has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on underwriting and client development. Fatima currently holds the position of Director, Client Development, US at ReSource Pro, where they are responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager, Client Development, US, also at ReSource Pro.

Before joining ReSource Pro, Fatima worked at The Redwoods Group, where they held various leadership roles. Fatima served as the Chief Underwriting Officer, Vice President of Underwriting, and Director of Underwriting Operations, where they were responsible for setting underwriting strategies, managing operations, and leading a team of professionals. Additionally, they worked as an Underwriting Team Lead and a Senior Underwriter/Underwriter, where they managed complex accounts and exceeded company goals.

Earlier in their career, Fatima worked at Highlands Insurance Group as a Personal Lines Underwriter, where they managed profitability and developed relationships with agency partners. Fatima also gained experience at State Farm Insurance Company as a Personal Lines Underwriter/Senior Underwriter, where they successfully managed a challenging territory and conducted training programs.

Fatima Dean obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a focus on pre-medical studies from the University of Virginia. Fatima obtained these certifications in 2011 and 2005 respectively.
