Karel Costa-Armas, PCAM®, serves as the Corporate Director of Management Services at Resource Property Management since July 2018, where innovative operational accountability and improved communication resources are prioritized. With extensive experience in property management and consulting, Karel has held roles such as District Manager, handling complex client issues, and Consultant/Expert Witness at Homeowner Association Consulting, focusing on organizational solutions for owners' associations. Previous positions include Luxury High-rise General Manager and Community Association Manager across various companies, demonstrating a strong background in managing large budgets and enhancing property operations. Karel’s career also includes early work as a licensed real estate broker and a police officer in Miami-Dade, complemented by a foundation in massage therapy and criminal justice education.
