Tegan Smart

Tegan Smart is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at ResourceCo since July 2024, Tegan previously worked at Autism SA from May 2021 to July 2024 as both a Human Resources Officer and Lifestyle Program Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a range of positions at Baptist Care (SA) Inc from June 2015 to January 2021, such as Case Manager, Placement Coordinator, Roster Coordinator, and Support Worker. Tegan began a career in education as a Drama Teacher at Helen O'Grady Drama Academy from 2009 to 2015. Tegan holds a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management from the Australian HR Institute and is currently pursuing further education at TAFE SA.
