Jeanna Lundberg, CEO & Founder of Respaces, has a long and successful history in customer service and data analysis. Jeanna began their career working as a sales associate at Söderberg & Partners. Jeanna quickly rose through the ranks and became a data analyst at Twintip Insights. From there, they became the customer experience manager at HBO Europe, where they worked for six years. In 2020, they founded Respaces, a company that provides customer service training and consulting services.
Jeanna Lundberg has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Lund University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from ESSEC Business School, and a Social Science degree from Viktor Rydberg Jarlaplan Gymnasium. Jeanna also attended The Swedish School in Paris and Saint Dominique.
