Ross Beresford

Ross Beresford is the CEO and Co-Founder of Respair, Inc., a medical device startup focused on improving airway management in critical care environments since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ross served as a Product Manager at Innovu, overseeing a SaaS analytics platform aimed at reducing healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse from March 2021 to February 2022. Ross has also worked as a Program Manager for sciVelo-CHP, coordinating operations and promoting commercial translation opportunities in pediatric health. Earlier experiences include Product Development Consultant roles related to sleep and respiratory care technologies, and Project Manager responsibilities for a change-management initiative at Heritage Ministries. Ross holds a Master's degree in Medical Product Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University.
