Daniel Flory

Daniel Flory has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Daniel began their career as an IT Consultant, providing comprehensive IT solutions to breweries across Virginia and North Carolina from May 2016 to January 2018. During this time, they excelled in network design and security implementation.

Following their role as an IT Consultant, Daniel worked as a Store Manager at Adventures in Homebrewing from February 2018 to April 2019. Daniel successfully managed the day-to-day operations of a high-volume store, leading a team of 16 employees and achieving impressive sales revenue.

Daniel then transitioned to the University of Michigan as a Computer Consultant from October 2019 to April 2020. In this role, they proficiently updated and configured various devices, oversaw the management of 500 computers, and conducted maintenance and security protocols.

Next, Daniel joined Domino's as a Globalcare Representative from October 2020 to October 2021. Daniel delivered comprehensive IT technical support to end-users, collaborated with technology teams, and ensured the highest level of service for customers across 7,000 stores.

From November 2021 to July 2023, Daniel worked as an IT Technician at AJM Packaging Corporation. Here, they provided help desk support to employees across corporate and production facilities, implemented communication enhancements, and collaborated with remote Plant Managers to improve processes.

Currently, Daniel is working at Respawn Entertainment as an IT Procurement & Purchasing Lead since July 2023.

Daniel Flory attended Washtenaw Community College from 2020 to 2023, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Daniel also obtained several certifications, including Freshdesk Product Expert Certification and Freshservice Product Expert Certification from Freshworks in 2023, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2022, and various CCNA R&S certifications from the Cisco Networking Academy between 2019 and 2020.
