Kevin Neal is an experienced Senior 3D Artist at Respawn Entertainment since September 2016, specializing in the creation and design of hard surface assets from initial conception to final in-game implementation. Responsibilities include reviewing outsourcing partners' work, mentoring junior artists, improving asset naming pipelines, and developing documentation for internal processes. Prior to this role, Kevin served as a 3D Artist and freelance artist, delivering 3D representations and animations for clients. Earlier experience includes a tutoring position at UC Santa Cruz, assisting students with 3D modeling in Blender.
