Yolanda Edrington is an accomplished leader in organizational transformation and community engagement, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Respect Together, where a trauma-informed culture and strategic growth initiatives are prioritized. As a Managing Partner at RALIANCE, Yolanda focuses on creating safe workplaces and advancing policies to combat sexual harassment and misconduct. Through Yolanda Edrington Consulting, expertise is provided in management and communication training across diverse industries. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer of the National Sexual Violence Resource Center and various supervisory positions within health and community service organizations, demonstrating a commitment to advocacy and patient care. Yolanda holds a BS in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology from Albright College, an AA in Social Science from HACC, and a diploma in Business/Commerce from William Penn.

Together with its main divisions, the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) and the Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect (PCAR), Respect Together supports survivors, promotes research, identifies best practices, and shapes public policy. Our mission is to disrupt inequity and mobilize service providers, communities, and leaders to create and uphold safe, equitable communities with a culture of respect for all people.
