Wan Ling Khor

Wan Ling Khor's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Wan Ling started working at Cyberland International Pte Ltd in 2013 as a Robotics Trainer, and then transitioned to an internship role where they developed interactive course materials and assisted in graphic design. In 2014, they joined Cyberland Consultancy Pte Ltd as a Product Customer Support, where they consulted with clients and collaborated with the technical team to enhance software features. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Retail Associate at Trendz 360 Pte. Ltd., providing customer service and analyzing product returns. In 2019, they joined INSEAD Executive Education as a Programme Coordinator, where they managed programs and provided customer service. In 2020, they joined Singtel as an IoT Product Manager, collaborating with clients and development teams on functional specifications. Currently, they are working at Respiree as a Product Manager, with a previous role as a Senior Product Manager.

Wan Ling Khor completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Communication and Public Relations at Murdoch University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia and Infocomm Technology from Nanyang Polytechnic between 2011 and 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Wan Ling Khor obtained their ICAGILE - Certified Agile Professional certification from NTUC LearningHub in July 2022. In January 2021, they completed the certifications for "Product Management: An Overview" and "Product Management: Metrics for Product Managers" from Skillsoft. Furthermore, in June 2020, they received a certification in "Critical Thinking" from LinkedIn.
