Bennet Barth is a co-founder and managing director of RESPOND, an accelerator focused on supporting climate-tech entrepreneurs in achieving a net-zero economy. Currently serving as head of economy, technology, and innovation at the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, Barth facilitates a global network advocating for sustainable economic innovation. As an Obama Leader Europe 2023, Barth engages with prominent leaders and experts to advance the common good. Additionally, Barth serves on the advisory board of the Mustard Seed Maze fund, providing strategic direction for impact investments. With prior experience at MAZE as an investment associate and as a consultant for renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia and Western Africa, Barth has built a strong foundation in impact investment and sustainability. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, and training from the Renewables Academy.
