Isa Romo

Isabel Romo is currently the Chief of Staff at accesSOS, a tech nonprofit organization with a mission to make emergency help accessible. Prior to this role, Isabel served as the Human Resources Director at Respond Crisis Translation, where Isabel led and implemented a Human Resources Strategy. With previous experience at IBM as a Diversity Engagement Partner and in various recruitment and executive search roles, Isabel has a strong background in talent management and diversity initiatives. Isabel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Certification Program in Human Resources Management.
