Angela Carter has extensive work experience in various roles in different companies. Angela began their career at Kinetek Pharmaceuticals in 1996 as a Target Discovery- R&D Associate, where they focused on protein biochemistry and research for target discovery in oncology. Angela stayed with Kinetek Pharmaceuticals until 2003. Following that, they joined the University of Toronto as a Research Associate in the Faculty of Medical Biophysics from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, Angela joined Response Biomedical Corp., where they held various positions, including Technical Support Manager, Manager of Worldwide Product Support, Director of Customer & Business Development, and currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Global Channel Strategy. Angela'semployment at Response Biomedical Corp. spans from 2005 to the present.

Angela Carter obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Simon Fraser University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have various certifications in fields such as laboratory operational management, ethical conduct for research, and internal auditing.
