Amy Gosen

Amy Gosen is currently the Office Manager at Response Labs Inc. Amy has over 20 years of experience in customer service and management. Amy started their career in 2000 as a Lead Bookseller and Head Cashier at Barnes & Noble. In 2008, they became a Store Manager at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS, where they managed a team of 8-10 employees. Amy then transitioned to Vera Bradley in 2012 as an Assistant Store Manager before becoming a Visual Manager at Athleta in May 2012. In January 2013, they began working as a Traffic Coordinator at Network Media Partners and held that position until December 2015 when they became an Account Executive at Waldinger Creative. Amy left Waldinger Creative in December 2017 to become a Traffic Coordinator at MCI USA, where they worked until November 2021. Amy then took their current position as Office Manager at Response Labs Inc.

Amy Gosen has a Bachelor of Arts in English and minor in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Amy also has certification from LinkedIn in Administrative Human Resources, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding, and Strategic Human Resources.
