Vaidehi Chandras

Vaidehi Chandras is a qualified physiotherapy professional with a robust background in various healthcare roles. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Supervisor at Response Physio & Sports Therapy since September 2023, Vaidehi leads one-on-one debrief sessions to keep the team updated on advancements in physiotherapy. Previously, as a First Contact Practitioner at Xcel Health, Vaidehi implemented strategies that significantly reduced patient referrals to secondary care. Experience includes working as a Specialist MSK Physiotherapist delivering compliant care for major insurance companies and as a First Contact Physiotherapist at St. Peter's Hospital. Earlier roles included Physiotherapist Technology Enabler at Quantesla Medical Technologies and Physical Therapist in freelance practice, complemented by a rotational internship in multiple specialty hospitals.
