Holly Evans

Holly Evans currently serves as Senior Vice President of Environmental Policy and Legal Affairs at the Responsible Business Alliance, focusing on shaping the organization's Environmental Sustainability program and leading the Environmental Team. Previously, Evans worked at Microsoft as Senior Corporate Counsel, providing legal support for the Supply Chain Integrity Team and operationalizing environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. As President of Strategic Counsel, LLC, Evans advised global electronics companies on environmental law and sustainability issues. Prior roles include Deputy General Counsel and Director of Environmental Affairs at the Electronic Industries Alliance, and Director of Government Relations and Environmental Affairs at IPC - Association Connecting Electronic Industries. Holly Evans holds multiple degrees, including a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law and an M.S. in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan.
