Shelita Bradshaw-Cortez

Prior to joining the RBA, Shelita managed the social compliance program at Bentex Group Inc. She was responsible for upholding Bentex Group Inc.’s commitment to responsible business conduct in addition to its licensor and retailer partner standards for compliance. More recently, Shelita was the Global Compliance Analyst at LL Flooring, where she served as a key contributor to the development of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility program and vendor training resources. She holds a BA in Corporate Communications from Baruch College and received a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) designation in 2020.
