Tara Kolinsky

Tara Kolinsky has extensive experience in customer success and proposal management, currently serving as Proposal Team Lead and Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Responsive since February 2021, where Tara manages a portfolio of 45-50 enterprise accounts and advocates for customer needs. Previously, Tara worked at Kuali, Inc. as Proposal Manager, enhancing the RFP process for the higher education sector, and held roles at PeopleDoc Inc. and Origami Risk establishing and refining RFP processes. Initial roles included Senior RFP Specialist at WAUSAU Financial Systems and Lead Documentation Specialist at CMA Consulting Services, where proposal management skills were developed across various industries. Tara earned a degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Rochester and an AAS in Hotel/Restaurant Management from the State University of New York System.
