Jordon Gofourth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and leadership roles. Jordon has a strong track record of driving efficiency, implementing process improvements, and achieving business objectives.

Jordon's most recent position was as the Vice President of Operations at ResProp Management, where they oversaw the operations of a 9,000+ unit multifamily portfolio across several states. Jordon also had additional responsibilities in financial planning and analysis, transactions/dispositions, learning and experience, and operations excellence.

Prior to that, Jordon served as the Regional Vice President at ResProp Management, focusing on maximizing asset performance and talent development in the Southeast region. Jordon also worked as a Regional Manager, responsible for overseeing a multifamily portfolio in Jacksonville and navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition, Jordon participated in the UTC Operations Leadership Program, where they gained valuable experience in different rotational roles, including production supervisor, supply chain specialist, and operations project manager.

Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate studies at Purdue University from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering.
