Josh Calzadilla

Joshua Calzadilla is an experienced professional in the real estate and facilities management sectors. Since November 2021, Joshua has served as the Director of Facilities and Construction for ResProp Management, overseeing operations in Florida and South Carolina, in addition to acting as the Regional Maintenance Director. Joshua also works as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Treasure Coast, a position held since October 2018. Prior to these roles, Joshua was the Service Manager at Bridge Real Estate Group from March 2016 to May 2018 and a Sales Associate at Century 21 Alton Clark from January 2016 to November 2017.
