Jim is the Chief Innovation Officer at BentallGreenOak. Jim has over 25 years of experience working with private and public clients in the Real Estate industry. He has worked with organizations to address questions in four core areas: operations, construction and Real Estate, technology, and finance/accounting, as clients look to develop and implement their business strategy, optimize organizational structure, create efficient operations, improve top and bottom-line financial measures and streamline their technology platform.

Over the years, Jim has led many collaborative teams of advisors and client team members to ensure comprehensive, efficient operating principles are in place on the initiatives he leads. He has worked or provided service delivery to several Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller public and private sector organizations with a focus on Real Estate advisory services.
