Mathilde LECOQ

Mathilde Lecoq is the Directrice Générale at Restalliance, where they oversee a team of 2,500 collaborators and manage a revenue of 220 million euros. Previously, they held various positions within the company, including Directrice Grands Comptes, Directrice des Opérations, and Directrice Achats. Mathilde began their career as Responsable Restauration at CHU d'Angers before advancing to Responsable de secteur at Restalliance. They earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Montpellier SupAgro from 1996 to 1999, and completed their Math Sup/Spé Bio education at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 1994 to 1996.
