In April 2014, Chrystel Abadie-Truchet was recruited to be general manager of the Bouygues Telecom Clubs Network. His recognized experience in general management of retail companies, integrating the requirements of major brands and customer satisfaction, is an asset to initiate the transformation of the Bouygues Telecom Club Network, strengthen its performance in a rapidly changing market and enrich the customer experience in store.
In February 2017, Chrystel Abadie-Truchet was appointed Commercial Director General.
In January 2019, she took responsibility for an enlarged Commercial and Customer department, integrating all physical contact channels (network of RCBT points of sale, competitive distribution, telesales, customer relations).
