Restamax Oyj is a Finland-based company engaged in operation of restaurants. It operates approximately 60 restaurants, cafes and nightclubs throughout Finland. Its business activities are divided into three groups: restaurants; nightclubs, and bars and pubs. The Company's night clubs include Bricks, Escape, Ilona, London, Puuma and Senssi, among others. The restaurants include BeefKing, Bella Roma, Flame, Mr. Jones and Wayne's Coffee, among others. Furthermore, it operates Galaxie Center, Space Bowling & Billiards, and Jack the Rooster, among others. It focuses on selected cities and shopping centers. In January 2014, Restamax Oyj and Hans Valimaki Oy launched a joint venture Gastromax Oy, which purchased restaurants in Helsinki, Tampere amusement and two other restaurants. Restamax Oyj owns 70% of Gastromax Oy. In August 2014, Restamax Oyj purchased a majority of Staff Invest group's labour hire service operations, comprising about 75% of all Staff Invest group's business operations.
