Jakob Dabrosin

Jakob Dabrosin has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Jakob started their career as a Servitör at Sturehof AB in 2009 and worked there until 2018. In 2010, they also took on the role of Restaurangchef at Ski Lodge Engelberg, which lasted until 2013. Jakob then moved on to work as a Restaurangchef at Bank Hotel from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they joined Restaurang B.A.R. as a Restaurangchef from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are working at RestaurangAssistans, where they started as a Personalansvarig Matsal & Reception in 2021 and later became an Områdeschef Matsal & Reception in 2023.

Jakob Dabrosin attended Stockholm University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Företagsekonomi Marknadsföring.
