Najlaa Ghadban

Najlaa Ghadban has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Najlaa started their career in 2010 as an Event Caterer and Supervisor at Dish Catering & Events. Najlaa then worked as an Event Caterer at Totally People Catering from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Housekeeper at Wake Up Copenhagen before moving on to Royal Catering Services where they served as a Banquet Supervisor for a few months in 2013. Najlaa then joined ConnectingSweden as an Insurance Broker from July 2014 to December 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Breakfast Hostess at Elite Hotels of Sweden AB and also as a Chef/Kock at Malmö stad. Later in 2015, they joined RestaurangAssistans, where they worked in event catering, as a waitress, and in front office roles. In 2017, they worked as a Hotel Receptionist at Renaissance Malmö Hotel. Najlaa'smost recent role was as a Front Office employee at Moment Hotels, where they worked from May 2018 to March 2021.

Najlaa Ghadban attended the Emirates Academy from the year 2008 to 2012, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management.
