Matt Thomas has a strong background in the restaurant industry. Matt started their career at Holroyd Howe Ltd, where they held the positions of Operations Director and later Regional & HR Director. In 2008, they joined BaxterStorey as the Managing Director for London, a role they held for seven years. In 2015, they moved to WSH Restaurants as the Managing Director until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Managing Director at Searcys. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Restaurant Associates UK.
Matt Thomas attended the University of New Hampshire-Manchester from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing & Hospitality Management. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Post Grad. degree in Personnel Management at the University of Portsmouth.
