Alexander Callons

Alexander Callons is a professional in the culinary field with extensive experience in training and kitchen management. Currently serving as Culinary Training Manager at Restaurant Associates since March 2023, Alexander facilitates training courses and spearheads orientation programs for new culinarians. Previously, at Wonder from March 2021 to January 2023, Alexander worked as a Culinary Instructor, providing expert instruction and assessment for new hires and existing team members. Alexander's earlier roles include Executive Chef at Dartcor Food Services, where responsibilities encompassed food preparation oversight, client liaison for catering events, and inventory management, as well as positions as Executive Sous Chef at The Estate at Florentine Gardens and Sous Chef at Latour French American Grill. Alexander holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2011 and 2013.
