Fouad K. H.

Fouad K. H. is an accomplished culinary professional with significant experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Co-Owner operator franchisee at Restaurant Associates since January 2023, Fouad has also been the Executive Chef at Ostro Mediterranean Catering Services since April 2019. Previously, Fouad held notable positions such as Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at The Edward Hotel from September 2015 to April 2019, and Executive Chef at the Park Hyatt Jeddah, recognized as one of the most luxurious five-star hotels in the Kingdom, from May 2010 to September 2015. Earlier in the career, Fouad worked as an Executive Sous Chef for Hyatt Hotels Corporation from June 1997 to May 2010 and as a Sous Chef at Holiday Inn Express from June 1996 to June 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baker College of Auburn Hills and an Associate degree in Business from Henry Ford College.
