Greg Poplewko

Greg Poplewko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Food and Beverage at Morgan Stanley through Restaurant Associates since July 2023, Greg has held significant positions within Carnival Corporation from 2011 to 2022, including Director of Inclusive Dining at Princess Cruise Line and Director of Specialty Dining & New Product Development at Carnival Cruise Line. Previous roles include Vice President of Food and Beverage at Foxwoods Resort Casino, Food and Beverage Management Consultant at G. Michael Brown and Associates, and Vice President of Food and Beverage at French Lick Resort. Greg also served as Director of Food and Beverage for Harrah's Entertainment at both Paris and Bally's Las Vegas.
