Janet Lee

Janet Lee is an experienced pastry professional with a diverse background in culinary arts and management. Currently serving as Pastry Lead at Restaurant Associates since October 2015, Janet has also held positions in various establishments such as Bonbite NYC, where services include pastry and catering, and as a pastry consultant for Little Violet LLC. Previous roles encompass pastry cook positions at Chef's Club by Food and Wine New York and Hunt & Fish Club. Janet's expertise includes crafting a wide range of desserts and utilizing various mixes to create complex flavors. Prior to the culinary field, Janet worked as a General Manager at TPerfect LLC and as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator. Janet holds educational qualifications from St. John's University and Kingsborough Community College.
