Jennifer Granillo is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in talent development, marketing strategy, and community engagement. Currently serving as the People Talent and Development Manager at Restaurant Associates, Jennifer also contributes to the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and actively engages in community service as a Community Champion for Compass Group USA. As the founder of The For Real Mom Podcast and JG Communications & Consulting, Jennifer showcases entrepreneurial spirit, while leading Garden Street Vintage Co., an e-commerce platform focused on pre-loved items. Previously, Jennifer held senior leadership roles at Chick-fil-A and Chipotle Mexican Grill, driving brand growth and strategy, and has demonstrated excellence in marketing and operations through award-winning performance. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Business from Arizona State University.
