Ken Warner

Ken Warner has refined his hospitality and leadership expertise over the last 15 years following a career change post graduating from law school and now holds the role of Senior Vice President of Operations for the Restaurant Services division of Restaurant Associates.

Ken started with R/A as Restaurant Manager for Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA. He was then promoted to Director of Dining Services at Winterthur Gardens, with a focus on elevating the catering program, before returning to Longwood Gardens as General Manager responsible for retail, fine dining, and catering operations. He was recognized for his remarkable leadership in the region with a Director of the Year award and promotion to Regional Director of Operations where he supervised a group of premier accounts in the Pennsylvania and Delaware areas.

Within a year, he was promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations, and in 2022, he assumed his current role of SVP Operations for the Restaurant Services division, leading R/A's entire portfolio of landmark cultural centers and attractions with offerings ranging from concessions to high-volume dining, event catering to fine dining, and everything in between. In this role, he supervises a large group of hospitality professionals and has managed the opening of multiple key accounts and restaurants with many projects in the works.
