Melissa Desousa

Melissa DeSousa is an experienced professional in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Dining Services at Restaurant Associates since April 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Director of Catering at Flores Food Group from June 2021 to October 2023. A graduate of Western Connecticut State University, Melissa began a culinary career at the age of 16 in a home-style restaurant and bakery in Bethel, CT. Over the past 30 years, Melissa has developed extensive knowledge and skills through various roles, including waiting tables, bartending, and managing catered events for restaurants and country clubs.
