Carlos Martinez

Carlos Martinez currently serves as a Franchise Business Partner for PLK in the Southeast region at Restaurant Brands International since April 2024. Previously, Carlos held various leadership positions at Pei Wei, including Director of Operations and Director of Operations and Licensee Development from October 2022 to May 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at The Varsity from July 2021 to October 2022 and Director of Operations and Area Director at Meritage Hospitality Group from November 2019 to August 2021. Carlos also worked at HMSHost as Director of Operations from December 2017 to November 2019, and previously from January 2005 to January 2017. Earlier in the career, Carlos was a Senior Food & Beverage Operations Manager and Senior Multi-Unit Manager at Wolfgang Puck from January 2003 to January 2005. Carlos is currently pursuing education at Florida International University.
