Christian Legarth Lund

Christian Legarth Lund is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and retail sectors. Currently serving as Driftsdirektør/COO and Head of HR at Restaurant Flammen since August 2015, Christian oversees the full P&L of 17 restaurants, focusing on performance metrics, budgeting, food safety, and employee satisfaction. In addition, since 2023, Christian is responsible for the People & Culture agenda, enhancing talent management and leadership development. Previous roles include Business Development Manager, interim CEO, and Head of HR, with earlier experience as a Strategic Purchaser at Lidl Danmark and as a co-founder and CEO of Card Deal ApS. Christian holds a master's degree in International Business from Aarhus University and dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing/Management and International Business from Stockholm University and Syddansk Universitet.
