Morten Slot Knudsen is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industries. Currently serving as Head of Product & Quality at Restaurant Flammen since June 2021, Morten has previously held positions such as Produkt/menuudvikler at Catering Danmark and Køkkenchef at Smurfit Kappa, where Morten was responsible for developing a modern canteen with a focus on health and innovation. Morten also operated Restaurant Gasten as Forpagter and directed Madkompagniet Catering, achieving Gazelle prize recognition for three consecutive years. Additional roles include involvement with Indkøbsforeningen SAMHANDEL, along with various chef positions at notable establishments. Morten's culinary education was completed at Hotel Comwell Kolding from 1993 to 1996.
