Sheila Nevarez has extensive work experience in various HR and administrative roles. From 2019 onwards, they worked at Restaurant HR Group, Inc, starting as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, then progressing to roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of HR Operations at the company. Prior to that, Sheila worked at Midtown Athletic Clubs as a Staff Accountant from 2017 to 2019. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Administrative Assistant at Gibsons Restaurant Group, where they were responsible for tasks such as assisting accounts payable and receivable departments, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and reconciling discrepancies in inventory software. Sheila also has experience as a Certified Advanced Tax Preparer at Robert Morris University - Illinois in 2017, where they provided tax return services and interviewed clients. Sheila began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Aviv REIT, Inc. from 2013 to 2015, where they performed secretarial tasks and improved telephone communications.

Sheila Nevarez obtained their Associate of Arts in Accounting from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they pursued further education at Robert Morris University - Illinois, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting between 2015 and 2017.
