Kenneth Foong has a diverse work experience in the culinary field. Kenneth started their career as an intern at Eleven Madison Park in 2011. Kenneth then worked as a Sous Chef at Betony from 2013 to 2016. After that, Kenneth worked as a Sous Chef at Restaurant André from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they became the Head Chef at Cure from January to July, and later joined Restaurant Noma as the Head Chef in October.
Kenneth Foong pursued their education in the field of Culinary Arts. Kenneth started at The Culinary Institute of America in 2011, where they earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts. Kenneth continued their studies at the same institute from 2014 to 2015, completing a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Culinary Arts and Management.
